"I called Christian Brothers Automotive on a Friday afternoon when my heat quit working in my car. They were extremely courteous and professional in scheduling my appointment and making sure I was well aware of all the reasons it could be not working.
They got me on the books quickly the following Monday. They offered a shuttle service to take me back to work, etc. They texted me updates as my car was diagnosed which was something very new for me and I was very excited to received the information in each step along the way.
After they determined the problem, they called me to explain the problem and the cost that is associated with the repair needed and how long it would take. Again they texted me thru the repair process and called once complete. I then went to pay and they were super nice, pulled my car to front, had heat on and a bottle of cold water with a thank you tag.
I got back to work and realized they also gave me a savings card on my key ring. They definitely won me as a returning customer--SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE."---
