The Forsyth County Women's Club is a social organization that is open to any woman living in Forsyth County, GA.  There are no restrictions on length of residency and new members are accepted throughout the year.  If you would like to be a member, download the .pdf form by clicking on the link below. Print and fill in your information legibly, and then mail it along with the appropriate  fee for your membership timeframe to:

We require that you send your check via USPS as we do not have the ability to accept credit cards.  As soon as we receive your check, you will be added to our Membership list.

The Membership dues are:
$55 for the full year after May 31 (Club year runs June 1-May 31) 
OR 
$28 prorated for new members joining from January 1 to May 31st
