CALLING ALL GREEN THUMBS (AND GREEN THUMB WANNABEES!)

Pike Nurseries at GA 400/ Exit 13

When the holidays are over and decorations come down, the house looks bare.

You may have a few sad-looking Poinsettias hanging around. For our December program, we are lucky to have Mickey Gazaway from Pike Nurseries, who will talk about selecting the right plants for your area and how to plant them successfully. She will also talk about which house plants are appropriate this time of year and how to keep them healthy.

With a degree in Environmental Horticulture, Mickey is an Atlanta native, a Georgia Master Gardener since 1983, and has been with Pike Nurseries for 25 years, as Assistant Manager, Manager, and currently as the Garden Club Coordinator.

She brings a wealth of information and “show-and-tell” with her, so you won’t want to miss this.
